As we approach the Spring Equinox, a powerful time of renewal and balance, this circle offers a sacred space to cleanse, release, and step into your true power as we welcome the vibrant energy of spring💛
In this 1.5 hour gathering, we’ll blend mindfulness, expressive movement, and gratitude practices, with our signature Elixir Belly Dance Shake as the movement element--an empowering, feminine, and cleansing practice designed to awaken your energy and free your body💖
Beyond movement, we’ll engage in mindfulness practices to quiet the mind, guided reflections to release what no longer serves us, and a gratitude ritual to invite in new energy, clarity, and empowerment🙏🏻✨️
