About the Event
Do you feel stressed? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Angry? Upset? Worried?
This workshop aims to teach young people stress relief skills through mindfulness techniques to help them become happier, healthier, calmer, more confident and resilient.
Participants will practice and learn:
- Mindfulness tools to help with daily stress relief
- Techniques to combat anxiety
- Relaxation techniques
- Powerful positive practices
- Breathing and meditation exercises
- Powerful habits to improve health, well-being and happiness
- Building habits to think and feel more positive
